PezkuwiChain — Token Claim Statement

I acknowledge and agree to the following in connection with claiming PezkuwiChain native tokens (the “Tokens”) to a PezkuwiChain account:

1. I am the lawful holder of, and entitled to claim, the allocation associated with the address from which this statement is signed.
2. The Tokens are a native utility token of the PezkuwiChain network used for transaction fees, staking, network security and on-chain governance participation. They are not offered or represented as shares, securities, or an investment, and confer no equity, debt, dividend or profit-participation rights.
3. The PezkuwiChain network is decentralized, experimental software provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. I accept the technical, economic and regulatory risks of holding and using the Tokens, including the risk of total loss.
4. I am not a person or entity subject to sanctions, and I am not claiming on behalf of any sanctioned person, and my claim does not violate the laws applicable to me.
5. I am solely responsible for the security of my keys and for any tax obligations arising from my holding or use of the Tokens.
6. This statement is governed by the laws applicable to PEZ KIWI Company (Kurdistan Region of Iraq) and the Pezkuwi Foundation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of my place of residence.

By signing the payload that embeds the SHA-256 multihash of this document, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to this statement.
