PezkuwiChain — Token Claim Statement (SAFT Holders)

This statement applies to claimants whose allocation arises under a Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (“SAFT”) or comparable instrument. In addition to the Regular statement, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. My allocation derives from a SAFT or comparable agreement entered into with PEZ KIWI Company and/or the Pezkuwi Foundation, the terms of which I have read and continue to be bound by.
2. At the time I entered into that agreement, I made the representations required therein, including as to my eligibility and, where applicable, my status as an accredited or otherwise qualified investor under the laws applicable to me.
3. I understand that the delivery of Tokens discharges the relevant obligations under that agreement, and that the Tokens are a native utility token of the PezkuwiChain network as described in the Regular statement.
4. I am not subject to sanctions and my claim does not violate the laws applicable to me, and I will comply with any applicable transfer restrictions and lock-up or vesting schedule associated with my allocation.

By signing the payload that embeds the SHA-256 multihash of this document, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to this statement and to the Regular statement.
